Health & Social Services Resources for CND in Sonoma County
Health & Social Services Resource Directory
| Note: We used to make our Resource Directory available in both web format and as a downloadable PDF file for easy printing. Due to how long it takes to update both data sources, we are at this time offering it only in PDF format. Latest Edition: October 25. 2009 The resources in this listing was compiled by The Carousel Network in an effort to document those health care and other professionals in the community who have an understanding of chronic neuroimmune diseases such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and multiple chemical sensitivities. The health care and legal providers on this list were recommended for the listing by patients and clients; the social services and related information and service providers were obtained from members and through online and community resources. Neither The Carousel Network nor its board of directors make any guarantees or warranties about any of the individuals or agencies listed herein. It is the responsibility of the patient, patient's guardian, or patient caretaker to make intelligent decisions regarding their health care, including the selection of the health care provider. This includes interviewing health care and other service providers to determine both knowledge level and compatibility. Those with multiple conditions and health problems may be better served by using a variety of health care resources. Some practitioners must limit their practice from time to time, due to patient loads, etc. Some health care providers do not accept Medicare and/or Medi-Cal. This has been noted in the following entries when this information is known. If you cannot afford to self-pay and have no other insurance, ask if the provider accepts the coverage you have (Medicare, Medi-Cal, CSMP) before you make an appointment. Doctors that we know for sure don't take any Medicare or Medi-Cal will be noted with "No M/M". If you have information on other providers of services who would be useful to include in this directory, please send the information (name, address, telephone number, type of provider, any specific areas of knowledge or service) to The Carousel Network. Note: All area codes in this listing are 707 unless otherwise indicated.
